Torstai

Käytiin Pikku-mummulla, ja saatiin Isot Suklaatuutit. Minä vedin Raunille¹ leikkuukoneen käyntiin. Illalla katsottiin "Aran-saarten mies" ja Levyraati.

We visited Small-granny, and got Big Chocolate Ice cream cones. I helped Rauni¹ start the lawn mower. In the evening we watched "Man of Aran" and Levyraati.

Perjantai

Aamulla kävin Mummun kanssa Roihuvuoressa ostoksilla. Anu ja Piukku lähtivät kaupungille, ja kun me tultiin, minä lähdin Papan kanssa kaupungille. Oli Helsinki-päivä, ja me käväisimme Esplanadilla, ja sitten menimme Askartelukeskukseen. Sieltä minä ostin (osaksi papan rahoilla) Lamborghini Countach LP400:n 1:24. Se maksoi 36,50, Tamiyan sarja.¹ Iltapäivällä Satu soitti, ja pyysi meitä lähtemään elokuviin. Me mentiin katsomaan "Cherbourgin sateenvarjoja" (yäk²). Tulimme vasta klo. 20:30, jolloin Äiti ja Isäkin olivat tulleet. TV:stä tuli "Kauhujen talo".

Friday

In the morning Grandma and me went to Roihuvuori for some grocery shopping. Anu and Piukku went to the city, and when we arrived, I went to the city with Grandpa. It was a Helsinki-day, and we visited Esplanadi, and then went to the Hobby Store. There I bought (partly with Grandpa's money) a 1:24 Lamborghini Countach LP400. It cost 36.50 marks, a kit by Tamiya.¹ In the afternoon Satu called, and asked us to go to the movies. We went to see "The Umbrellas of Cherbourg" (yuck²). We came home only at half past eight, when Mum and Dad had also arrived. "Asylum" was on the telly.

1. Rauni on isäni sisaren nimi (eli hän on serkkujeni äiti, minun tätini).
